Degree three cohomological invariants of reductive groups

Abstract

We study the degree 3 cohomological invariants with coefficients in $\mathbb{Q}/\mathbb{Z}(2)$ of a split reductive group over an arbitrary field. As an application, we compute the group of reductive indecomposable degree 3 invariants of all split simple algebraic groups.
