Abstract

In this paper, we establish the Zariski decompositions of arithmetic R\mathbb R-Cartier divisors of continuous type on arithmetic surfaces and investigate their properties. We also develop a general theory of arithmetic R\mathbb R-Cartier divisors on arithmetic varieties.
