Abstract

We describe the category of regular holonomic modules over the ring $D [[ℏ]]$ of linear differential operators with a formal parameter $ℏ$ . In particular, we establish the Riemann-Hilbert correspondence and discuss the additional $t$ -structure related to $ℏ$ -torsion.
