Abstract
The phase space-for quasilinear equations with unbounded delay is constructed. Carathéodory solutions of initial problems are investigated. A theorem on the existence, uniqueness and continuous dependence upon initial data is given. The method of bichar-acteristics and integral inequalities are used.
