Abstract

This paper is aimed at characterizing distinguished subclasses of $j_{qq}$ -inner functions in terms of connected pairs of matrix-valued Hardy class functions. Moreover, an inverse problem for a given pair of matrix-valued Carathéodory functions is discussed.
