Abstract
The paper investigates a linear and a nonlinear operator problem for the identi-fication of two parameter functions occurring in the Albedo operator in a special model of computerized tomography. It is shown that the linear inverse operator problem turns out to be well-posed, whereas the nonlinear problem under consideration becomes ill-posed.
