Structure formulas for wave operators under a small scaling invariant condition

Abstract

We continue our work on the structure formula for the intertwining wave operators $W_{\pm }$ associated with $H=-\Delta +V$ in ${\mathbb{R}}^3$, cf. [13]. We consider small potentials relative to a scaling invariant norm.
