An existence theorem for a perturbed singular elliptic problem

Abstract

We prove the existence of a positive solution for singular elliptic problems of the type $-\Delta u=\alpha (x)u^{-\beta }+\lambda f(x,u)$ in $\Omega$, $u_{|\partial \Omega }=0$, where $\beta$ is any positive real number.
