Abstract
This study examines a class of a bi-nonlocal problem involving a generalized integro-differential operator of elliptic type, characterized by a singular kernel, with nonlocal nonlinear Neumann boundary conditions. We establish the existence of infinitely many solutions in a general fractional Sobolev space with variable exponent.
